Only get store credit returns. Cheap overpriced items. Sizing isn't consistent. Customer service is slow and isn't helpful.
Honestly used to like dolls kill and i have ordered 2 items from them... The first thing were rip and dip socks and the second item was another pair of socks that i assume are from dolls kill since there's no brand mentioned (order number). The first order was fine, but for the second one the quality of the socks was horrible and they were already ripped? + they also claimed they would send a free mask (which was the main reason i ordered) and didn't. Not only this but ive also found out that dolls kill are racist, hypocrites, supporters of p*dophilia, n*crophilia, along with so many other shady things this company has done. Never supporting this company again.

So as it happens when buying online companies make a mistake in sending the wrong item. This happened and I got a 9 instead of a 6. I used their text feature and although it takes a bit to get someone it’s really easier than email and closer to real time help. They were reasonable and did the right thing. I see the bad reviews and obviously people didn’t read their policy. Their return policies are strict and it isn’t the kind of thing we are used to (you can return basically anything on Amazon for any reason) so please read their shop policies!!! They are smaller than Amazon and can’t afford to lose money via returns. So order carefully and check out their policies. Aside from the policies they have great exclusive products and the sales can be amazing. I’m here for it. PS they said they would do the right thing because the mistake was theirs
They always have the most unique items and I am forever getting compliments when I wear them out. On the rare occasion where I’ve had a question or required assistance with an order, they have been exceedingly kind, patient, and superbly helpful.
I have had nothing but impeccable customer service from dollskill. I make about 3 orders a month, and my size has changed alot due to weight loss, so I've had to return quite a bit. I get my credit lightning fast and now they offer cash back returns minus the cost of the shipping label! Yo!

Horrible service. I still haven’t received a $400 order I placed 6 months ago and haven’t received a single reply to the multiple emails and dms I’ve sent to the company. They deleted all my comments on their Instagram posts. They’ve blatantly ignored me and have happily held onto my money. Stop shopping from these evil, disgusting, money hungry pigs.

Goofed my PO box adress and despite seeing the warning on site that orders process to quickly to edit, i thought id shoot them an email. A customer service rep named Jesus emailed me back, having updated it all for me :-) Super relieved I dont have to face the disapproving glare of my local post office lady who hates me for doing this all the time!! Awful experience. Had to contact customer service 3 times. Took over a month to get to me when I was told 5-9 business days. Tracking was unavailable or inaccurate. No apologies or responsibility taken. 90% sure they lost my package and scrambled to find a new one.

I don't completely know what you are asking, but if you wondering what size to get in an American size you would get a 10. The sizing scale is weird with all the countries, but there you go. If you have more questions or if I didn't completely get it, please write back.

A uk 8 is a us 4, so you most likely would be a small in their brand, but could be a medium.

I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:)
If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.

You should shop at a place that doesn't steal designs and create racist clothing lines. In those places a large would be a UK XL in most brands. For example ASOS, or any other good company. At Dolls Kill most of their sizes fit like a small, small and a half.

A 12 and 14 size (which is listed as large) in the US is the same as a 16 and 18 size in the Uk. Hope this could help.

I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them? I'm in Dallas, TX and was blown away by how great they were to work with! :)
